Terms and Conditions of Service

Payments must be processed and approved BEFORE sessions take place.
To submit payment for your session(s) go to Fees Page click the PayPal Buy Now button. All major credit cards and bank account transfers accepted. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

To avoid session delays, you can send payment for more than one session in advance.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND BENEFIT, IN ORDER FOR SESSIONS TO BEGIN AND TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICES, YOU MUST CAREFULLY READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF AND AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES PRIOR TO SERVICES BEING RENDERED. BY SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I.   This is not "traditional therapy" with a licensed counselor in that you will not visit with an advisor face to face. This is a service for personal online advice, consultation and life coaching. You, the consumer aka user, are paying for professional feedback which is based on the advisor's extensive schooling, knowledge and ongoing experience.

II. While we use the latest in Internet security technology, Ask Andie Amerson cannot be held liable for breaches of confidentiality caused by the consumer of this service or by unknown parties (e.g. "hackers), or for computer-related technical difficulties, such as "crashes" or server errors.

III.   No information you provide to Ask Andie Amerson may be disclosed to any party by Ask Andie Amerson except in the following circumstances:
~ By your written consent.
~ By your indication that you intend to harm yourself or someone else.
~ If information is subpoenaed by a court of law.
~ To assist relevant personnel in the event of a medical emergency.

IV.   Ask Andie Amerson guarantees that your services will be provided by a masters-level advisor, that services will be conducted in a professional manner, that you will be treated with respect and without discrimination or judgment. Ask Andie Amerson subscribes to and follows a code of ethics. Because of the personal and confidential nature of this professional service Ask Andie Amerson is held up to strict ethical and moral standards.

V.   Once you have agreed to these terms and conditions and have paid for your sessions if for some reason you are unable to continue with the program of your choice you may contact Ask Andie Amerson to request a refund of any remaining balance.

VI. All actions available by law will be conducted by Ask Andie Amerson for any unpaid service that has been rendered.

VII.   You as the user agree that using any program provided is entirely at your own risk. All programs are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied including without limitation any warranty for advice services, counseling or life coaching. Ask Andie Amerson cannot be held liable for any action taken by the user in regards to the information, advise, counsel or coaching given by Ask Andie Amerson.

VIII. The user of any programs provided by Ask Andie Amerson agrees that they have free will and it is their choice to follow or disregard any information, advise, counsel or coaching provided.

IX. On-line services have limitations so for maximum effectiveness the user agrees to provide Ask Andie Amerson as much information about their situation as possible. Privacy will be respected and secure.
